Overview

We’ve purpose built Assembly to seamlessly blend into your workflow. After responding to a ticket in the Queue, hold “command” (on Mac), or cntrl (on windows), and tap the “right” arrow button to move onto the next ticket in your queue. To go back to previous tickets, hit the command left arrow (or control)

To send an external message in your customer channel, hit the “command + enter” buttons.

To send an internal message only visible to you and your team, hit “command + m” (or cntrl).

When you see that a ticket can be closed out, hold command + e to “quick” close out tickets in the queue.
